Fridge to Flavor provides food and recipe suggestions for general inspiration only. These are not professional culinary, medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. You are responsible for checking ingredients, following safe food-handling and cooking practices, and making your own decisions about what to cook and eat. While the app allows you to record dietary preferences and allergies and aims to respect them, suggestions cannot be guaranteed to be free from any particular ingredient. If you have a serious allergy or specific dietary needs, you must independently verify that every ingredient and product is safe for you. We are not liable for reactions arising from ingredients you choose to use.
You agree not to misuse the app, including not attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, not using it for any unlawful purpose, and not copying or redistributing its content for commercial purposes without permission.
We aim to keep the app available and working well, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fridge to Flavor is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its food suggestions, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
